This client had a pokey ensuite bathroom in the darkest part of their beachside apartment. With no chance of skylight we had to get creative to open the room up and let the light shine in. The solution was to remove a piece of the wall that opens into the kitchen pantry and install privacy smart glass that allows new natural light to stream into the bathroom and bedroom white maintaining privacy in the shower. The end result is a bright and modern double shower bathroom that connects to a stylish new bedroom. A few artful design changes to the kitchen and flooring complete this modern and cost-effective reno.
